Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Anna Grizzle will present at the 2022 Nashville Regional Healthcare Compliance Conference.
Anna will co-present a session titled “Inpatient Rehab Compliance and Implications for Compliance Programs” on with Jalanna McNab, VP, Compliance and Monitoring & Regulatory Support, LifePoint Health. Anna and Jalanna will address:
- Understanding the regulatory requirements for organization and staffing of IRFs
- Identifying specific documentation requirements to support billing IRF claims
- Reviewing potential compliance risks, including enforcement actions, and best practices for ensuring compliance
The conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on November 18th. Anna’s session will occur from 1-2 PM.
