Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Tim Garrett will present at the Middle Tennessee Society For Human Resource Management’s (MTSHRM) Legal Education Luncheon on Thursday, August 15. Tim’s session, entitled “How to Reduce Harassment in the Workplace? Questions Employers Should Pose”, will focus on what employers can do to reduce sexual harassment claims in the workplace, including factors to consider, questions to ask, and what to do to ensure your policy has integrity.
The workshop will be held at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and is hosted by the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management.
