Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Tim Garrett will present two sessions at the National Business Institute’s Advanced Employment Law Conference on Monday, December 3. Tim’s session, entitled “FMLA Complications: Intermittent Leave, Termination and More,” will focus on the challenges employers face regarding FMLA leave, while his session entitled “Navigating the ADA” will address how employers should approach dealing with issues relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West/Cedar Bluff in Knoxville, Tennessee December 3-4 and is hosted by the National Business Institute.
