Nashville is more than Music City, it’s the health care capital of the country. Nearly 400 health care companies, in virtually every industry sector, have operations in Nashville and work on a multistate, national or international basis. Investors and executives within the health care industry will have the opportunity to connect at the annual Health Care Investors Conference (HCIC), hosted by Bass, Berry & Sims and Deloitte. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with industry leaders and enjoy some of city’s entertainment options – health care, hockey and honky tonks!
More than half of the privately owned hospital beds in the U.S. are operated by Nashville-area companies.
Eighteen publicly traded health care companies are located in Nashville.
Catch a show at the Ryman Auditorium, pop in one of Nashville, famous honky tonks, experience Smashville – home to Stanley cup finalists, the Nashville Predators.
During the seventh annual HCIC event, conference guests will learn about trends in health care investing and hear from management teams and their private equity investors about generating and fostering opportunities to create health care solutions. The conference is intended for managing directors and principals at private equity firms and executive management teams of national health care companies.
The half-day program will be held Tuesday, October 24 at the office of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee.
