Healthcare System: Resolving Physician Antitrust Challenge Arising from Credentialing Dispute

We represented a major healthcare system in federal litigation arising from a physician credentialing dispute that included antitrust monopolization and related business tort claims. We moved to dismiss the claims on multiple grounds, including lack of antitrust standing, deficient market definition, and failure to allege exclusionary conduct.
