Retail Center Development Anchored by Target and Home Depot

We represented CHM, LLC in connection with the development of The Willows Shopping Center in Cookeville, Tennessee, a new retail destination anchored by Target and Home Depot. Our work included a $9 million land acquisition, negotiation of tenant leases and development agreements, and the closing of a $22.2 million construction loan from Pinnacle Bank, along with securing an infrastructure grant agreement from the Industrial Development Board of Cookeville.
