We represented Pinnacle Bank as bond counsel in connection with a $23 million 501(c)(3) tax-exempt bond transaction to finance the construction of a new Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) facility at an independent school in Nashville, Tennessee. The bonds were issued through the National Finance Authority in New Hampshire. Proceeds from the transaction will support the development of a 40,666-square-foot STEM Center that will more than double the size of the school’s existing math and science building and include seven state-of-the-art science labs and eight classrooms dedicated to math, engineering, and computer science.
