Injee Hong counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Injee earned a law degree from Duke University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in economics & finance and history from Centre College. During law school, Injee served as managing editor of the Law & Contemporary Problems and as articles editor of Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
