We represented Pinnacle Financial Partners in the sale-leaseback of 36 properties to Oak Street Real Estate Capital, a Chicago-based private equity real estate firm, for $127.5 million. The lease-back term on each of the properties is 14.5 years, with a renewal option of an additional 10 years.
