We represented Nashville Soccer Holdings (NSH), a private entity led by John Ingram, in connection with its year-long bid for (and subsequent award of) a Major League Soccer (MLS) expansion franchise (announced in December 2017). Tim and the firm served as lead outside counsel for NSH in its negotiations with MLS on the expansion agreement and related matters, as well as relating to NSH’s general corporate and investment strategy and related negotiations and agreements with minority investors.
Tim and the firm continue to advise NSH on general matters, including under its expansion agreement with MLS.
