We served as Tennessee counsel for Bass Pro Shops in connection with its 220,000 square foot development of a Bass Pro Outdoor World to be housed in a refurbished and restored Pyramid Arena in downtown Memphis. We assisted in the negotiation of the Lease and Development Agreement with the City of Memphis and advised the client on real estate title and survey, construction, environmental and municipal law issues. The project and some ancillary activities were financed by the City with the funding and sale of municipal revenue bonds totaling approximately $197 million.
Bass Pro Shops, which specializes in outdoor fun, operates retail stores and Tracker Marine Centers across America and Canada.
