Todd Tukey is the Managing Director for the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Bass, Berry & Sims. In his role, Todd works with firm and practice leadership on business development strategy, client relationship development, practice administration and other key initiatives for the litigation practice.

For nearly 12 years, Todd served in leadership roles for Am Law 30 firms in their Atlanta, London and Los Angeles offices. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Todd served in the role of Director of Business Development for Paul Hastings where he led litigation growth strategies and key client and industry teams. Previously he led the marketing department at King & Spalding.

Before launching his legal marketing career, Todd developed thought leadership forums and marketing campaigns for a leading global insurance and financial services association. In that role, he partnered with AIG, Aon, CSC, Deloitte, IBM and Microsoft, among others. He began his career as a newspaper reporter.

Todd is a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as leadership, law firm strategy, business development and key client programs. He serves on the Advisory Board for Millions of Conversations, a nonprofit that combats disinformation, harmful stereotypes, and bigotry on and offline.

Todd received his B.A. in English and journalism from the University of New Hampshire.
