Morgan Tandy provides healthcare regulatory counsel on clinical research and life sciences-related matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements related to clinical trials, providing support in transactions involving clinical research sites and contract research organizations (CROs), and advising on the regulation of human subjects research. Morgan also assists clients with navigating government enforcement and compliance matters, such as performing internal compliance investigations, representing clients in payor claims audits, and performing internal compliance investigations.
Prior to law school, Morgan worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Clinical Trial Coordinator for the CIBS Center and as a Clinic Intern at the Mission Waco Health Clinic. Morgan earned a law degree from Belmont University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Fellows and economics with a focus in biomedical sciences from Baylor University.
