Zoe Storck-Smith advises clients on debt finance and real estate transactions including:
- Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition facilities, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
Zoe also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Zoe earned a law degree with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. She earned an undergraduate degree in public policy leadership from the University of Mississippi.
