Kristian Smith is a senior attorney in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex business litigation and government investigations with a particular focus on litigation involving Fortune 500 companies. As part of her practice, she manages all aspects of the discovery process, including large scale document review and productions.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Kristian was a litigation associate at several firms in Atlanta. She earned a law degree from Emory University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee.
