Rhea Shinde provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers, acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rhea served as a health law fellow in the office of general counsel at a nonprofit health system where she reviewed and advised clients on contracts with providers, suppliers, and research sponsors; she also investigated and analyzed relationships with providers and partners for compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Rhea earned a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and an undergraduate degree in public health (bioethics) and gender, sexuality & women’s studies from the University of Rochester.
