Remy Servis advises clients on debt finance and real estate transactions across a variety of industries. Her practice includes:
- Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
Remy also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Remy completed a dual degree program at Wake Forest University, earning her law degree from the School of Law and her master’s degree in bioethics from the Graduate School. She received her undergraduate degree in philosophy-neuroscience-psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
