Taylor Roswall advises clients on real estate and debt finance transactions including:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
- Negotiating and drafting retail leases, office leases, industrial leases, healthcare facility leases, subleases and amendments for landlords and tenants.
- Advising both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, such as acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings, and revolving credit facilities.
Taylor also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Taylor earned a law degree with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law where she served as a graduate research assistant and as managing editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She earned a Master of Science specializing in soil and watershed sciences from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to attending law school, Taylor advised agricultural producers throughout the Chesapeake Bay region and started an ecological restoration company.
