Ben Reichard counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Ben is a graduate of Harvard Law School. While there, Ben worked in various legal capacities with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, the Minnesota Twins, and DraftKings. Prior to law school he obtained a Master of Public Policy with a specialization in leadership and public acquisitions and a Bachelor of Arts in government and politics from the University of Maryland. He has also served as chief of staff for a legislator in the Maryland General Assembly.
