Grace Platt is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex business litigation and government investigations. In addition, she advises on mergers and acquisitions, LLC governance and control disputes, and fiduciary obligations.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace was an associate in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she focused on complex litigation involving high-profile corporate mergers. Grace earned a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree in English from Middle Tennessee State University. During law school, she served as an editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review and was a member of a first-place team in the Solicitor General Toby J. Heytens Trial Advocacy Tournament.
