Dante Lizza provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational matters with an emphasis on specialty pharmacy and infusion providers. In both regulatory and transactional settings, he counsels clients in connection with federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse analyses, contract review and negotiation, and general operational and compliance matters.
Dante earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in politics and international affairs from Wake Forest University. During law school, Dante served as a legal extern at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and as an intern for the Honorable Thomas Parker of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee.
