Stefan Kostas counsels clients on corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Stefan was an associate at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz P.C. He earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and dual undergraduate degrees in political science and international studies from the University of Florida.
