David Kitchin counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.

David earned a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from Fordham University. Before law school, David worked in various roles within the finance industry, where he counseled clients on asset selections and individualized investment strategies. During this time, David also assisted clients with structuring and administering large blocks of life insurance, annuities and insurance-backed investments.
