Braxton Kinney counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Braxton earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee.
