Brenna Johnson counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and restructuring. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions. She has a particular focus working with clients in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brenna was a healthcare associate at Holland & Knight, LLP where she worked on a variety of transactions for a range of healthcare providers, including hospital systems, dental service organizations, and ambulatory surgery centers.

Brenna earned a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Mississippi. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable L. Scott Coogler and the Honorable Corey L. Maze both with the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama.
