Danielle Hunt counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Danielle earned a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and an undergraduate degree in English and political science from the University of Kentucky. During law school, Danielle served as a law clerk for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler and the Honorable Annemarie Carney Axon of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama.
