Stephanie Higdon is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex business litigation and government investigations. In addition, she works with clients on antitrust and trade compliance related to proposed mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Stephanie was an associate at Freshfields US LLP in its Washington, D.C. office focused on antitrust matters. She previously was an intern at Yazidi Legal Network in Amsterdam working with a global team on projects regarding access to justice and characterization of international legal resources.
Stephanie earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and undergraduate degrees in mathematics, with an actuarial emphasis, and in history from Lee University.
