Lynn Gurskey is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she focuses on healthcare fraud and abuse matters, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal and civil investigations, False Claims Act matters, and other high-stakes enforcement and compliance issues impacting the healthcare industry. Lynn also has experience advising Fortune 500 healthcare companies in complex commercial litigation in federal court.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Lynn was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in its Washington, D.C. office. After law school, Lynn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings with the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Lynn received her law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and her undergraduate degree in political science from Lipscomb University.
