Crystal Golden counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Crystal spent two years as a summer associate with Bass, Berry, & Sims, becoming the inaugural 1L Summer Associate for the Memphis Office. Crystal earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, graduating cum laude. During her time in law school, she served as both a Dean’s Fellow, tutoring other students, and the Student Bar Association president, being the liaison between her fellow students and administration.
She also earned a Master of Business Administration, graduating with distinction, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville, College of Business, where she was a Woodford R. Porter Scholar. Crystal also participated in the National Student Exchange program and attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Crystal is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator, qualified to conduct court-ordered mediations in civil matters. She brings a collaborative and solution-focused approach to dispute resolution. She brings a diverse professional background spanning the military, corporate food and beverage, health and wellness, and consumer packaged goods sectors, where she specialized in compliance, regulatory operations, and franchise performance.
