Elizabeth Fox counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property and trademark portfolio strategy, management and prosecution to help them achieve maximum, global brand protection. She focuses her practice on trademark selection, registration, and enforcement in the United States and abroad, prosecuting applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and managing international trademark campaigns. She also has been involved in numerous trademark disputes, appearing in both federal and state courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Elizabeth’s practice involves:
- Advising on global brand roll outs, including worldwide trademark selection, clearance, and prosecution.
- Providing full-service enforcement and maintenance of existing trademarks in the U.S. and abroad.
- Delivering proactive trademark portfolio management, including managing domestic and international trademark portfolios for all sizes of companies across all industry sectors.
- Managing international trademark campaigns.
- Representing clients in domain name disputes.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Elizabeth was a senior attorney in the Intellectual Property, Patent, Trademark and Copyright Litigation practice in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding LLP.
