Hayden Crosby counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Hayden earned a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Alabama. During law school, Hayden served as a judicial intern for Justice Angela McCormick Bisig of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
