Kayla Broom is the Director of Professional Development at Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, Kayla leads attorney integration, training and development in concert with firm-wide and practice group strategy. Focused equally on cultivating talent and providing excellent service to clients, the Professional Development program is designed to advance attorneys’ substantive knowledge, professional and leadership skills, and client service.

Drawing from her background as a higher education professional in collegiate athletics and career services, Kayla’s unique blend of teaching experience and relationship-building skills promote a supportive and growth-oriented environment where attorneys can thrive. She is dedicated to cultivating professional excellence and empowering attorneys to achieve their career goals.

Kayla has completed coaching certifications through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
