Alex Bernard counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Alex earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and an undergraduate degree in political science and economics from the University of Alabama. Prior to law school, Alex worked as a legislative intern for U.S. Senator Bob Corker.
