Curtis E. Beem
Curtis Beem draws on his 10-plus years in the construction industry to provide practical advice and solutions through the lifecycle of a project. He regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, assists clients with project administration and disputes, and represents his clients in binding dispute resolution. Curtis advises clients on a wide range of project-related questions, including project delivery methods, risk allocation, bidding, licensing and compliance, contractual performance, payment and retainage, liens and bonds, project close-out, warranties and periods of correction, arbitration and litigation.
Curtis’s practice focuses on representing project owners and developers across the United States in the commercial, industrial, energy and healthcare industries. He also works with large regional contractors in connection with industrial, infrastructure and commercial projects, and has worked for a variety of other clients across a range of industries.
