Emmy Anderson is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex business litigation and government investigations.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Emmy was an attorney at a law firm in Atlanta where she represented clients in civil litigation matters and advised clients on intellectual property matters, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the regulatory and legal frameworks in the financial technology sector. During law school, she served as a summer clerk with the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General, Education and Employment Division. Before starting law school, Emmy taught fourth and fifth grade in Atlanta through Teach for America. Emmy earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and an undergraduate degree in English from Emory University.
