Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Garrah Carter‐Mason and Brianna Powell were selected for inclusion into The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in the state of Tennessee.

Garrah Carter-Mason

Garrah is an associate in the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office and part of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex business litigation, products liability and government investigations. She completed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Eli J. Richardson of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

 

Brianna Powell

Brianna is an associate in the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office and provides healthcare regulatory counsel to a range of clients on complex issues. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to advancing diversity efforts at her firm and providing pro bono services. Prior to joining the firm, Brianna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons and the Honorable Bernice Bouie Donald on the Sixth Circuit.
