Taylor Ashley
Taylor Ashley is a member at Bass, Berry & Sim in the firm’s Nashville office. He counsels clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. He regularly represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as other publicly traded or privately held businesses, in various industries including senior living, healthcare, healthcare technology and manufacturing. He has significant experience advising clients on matters related to strategic business transactions; corporate governance; and other general corporate matters.
In addition to his legal practice, Taylor has established himself as a true leader within the firm through his commitment to serving others in various leadership roles. He has served as a Summer Associate Mentor, guiding law students through the summer program; on the Recruiting Committee, helping to recruit and retain talent for the firm; and on the Associate Development Committee, serving as supervising attorney to four associates. Taylor is also active in the firm’s pro bono program, participating in legal advice clinics with our clients where he provided legal advice and limited representation in partnership with local sponsors. His contributions in these capacities and others have been instrumental in the firm’s success and growth.
