Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Sehrish Siddiqui was named to the Super Women in Business list for 2019 by the Memphis Business Journal. Each year, the publication honors 25 standout female business leaders for positive contributions to both their professions and their communities. All the women will be honored at a luncheon on Thursday, September 26.
Sehrish counsels national and international public and private companies on a variety of transactions and matters related to corporate finance, compliance and governance. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 100 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and Nasdaq-traded entities. In addition to her pro bono activities at the firm, Sehrish is also involved in several legal and community organizations including the American and Tennessee Bar Associations’ Young Lawyers Divisions, the National Association of Muslim Lawyers, and the Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA).
