Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Jeff Gibson was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) as one of its 40 Under 40 for 2020. This annual list features the young professionals in Middle Tennessee who are working to make Nashville a better place for all. An independent panel of judges comprised of past 40 Under 40 honorees selected this year’s winners based on questionnaire responses from each nominee highlighting their professional accomplishments and community involvement.
Jeff is a member at Bass, Berry & Sims representing clients in complex civil litigation and government investigations across a range of diverse industries. In addition to maintaining a business litigation practice, he defends individuals and companies facing quasi-criminal civil fraud claims, white collar criminal charges, and compliance violations. Jeff is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator. Jeff has previously been recognized for his pro bono work with the Tennessee Justice Center and the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee.
