Bass, Berry & Sims was recognized for our deal in the manufacturing sector, representing Regional Enterprises in its sale to Champion Home Builders and Champion Retail Housing, subsidiaries of Skyline Champion Corporation (NYSE: SKY). Our deal team was led by David Cox and Frank Pellegrino. Through this deal, Skyline Champion gained 1,200 employees, bringing skilled and experienced individuals into Skyline Champion and strengthening their workforce.
