Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Brian Irving was selected to serve on the Law360 Health Care Editorial Advisory Board for 2026. Law360 selected attorneys across more than 60 disciplines to serve on the 2026 editorial advisory boards and released the full list of members on April 6.
Brian represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions, focusing on controlled substances and diversion, healthcare fraud, and high-stakes commercial disputes. He co-chairs the firm’s Controlled Substance & Diversion Practice Group and serves on the Healthcare Fraud Task Force. Brian also serves as editor of the Bass, Berry & Sims Inside the False Claims Act blog.
His clients span a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmacy, government contracting, and financial services. Brian has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
