This edition, released by the ABA’s Business Law Section’s Business and Corporate Litigation Committee, is a compilation of 25 chapters that provides practical analysis along with 2018 case citations organized by specific areas of corporate litigation. Over 150 experienced attorneys from across the country contributed to the publication, offering concise commentary on key issues and useful summaries of recent cases, legislation, trends, and developments during the past year.
The Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys authored the chapter, “Securities Litigation: Recent Caselaw Developments,” that examines key decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and U.S. district courts within the Second Circuit.
