Kathryn Walker Provides Insight on E-Discovery in IP Litigation

Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Kathryn Walker was quoted in an article that detailed the specific challenges faced during discovery in intellectual property (IP) litigation. Because IP cases rely heavily on documentation surrounding a company’s proprietary information (how a product was developed, financials related to product development, etc.), attorneys in IP cases need to be careful what is disclosed and when. Kathryn commented on the challenge this poses, especially related to electronic discovery.
