Bass, Berry & Sims attorney John Stemmler was quoted in an article outlining the development details for the Hickman Building in downtown Memphis. John and fellow Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Taylor Gray are representing Walk-Off Properties, a private investment group that recently bought the building and the adjacent property and plans to redevelop the properties together. Bass, Berry & Sims is part of the team assembled by Walk-Off Properties to determine how the properties will best benefit the city. As John states for the article, “‘[t]his team will be responsible for the design, historic tax issues and visioning for the building, as well as branding and marketing.'”
