Bass, Berry & Sims attorney James Gooch was selected to participate in the 45th Class of Leadership Nashville. This annual class provides top leaders from diverse organizations, perspectives, and parts of Nashville, with a three-dimensional view of the city for an exchange of ideas on the development of Nashville beyond any single zip code, and more informed public decision-making roles going forward. Throughout the nine-month course, participants are exposed to subjects such as government, criminal justice, education, social services, transportation, business, religion, race relations, urban planning, media, the arts and more.

The 45th Class includes 44 leaders representing a diversity of races, religions, ages and political persuasions, as well as a geographical cross section of neighborhoods. The class includes native Nashvillians and people who have moved here in leadership positions. The individuals in the class were selected from a pool of more than 270 applicants.
