Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Dick Lodge was quoted in several publications recently defending Tom Ingram and Marcille Durham before the Tennessee Ethics Commission on show cause notices issued by the Commission relative to lobbyist registrations. The Commission voted against penalizing Ingram for failure to file the proper lobbying registrations. However, because of the Commission’s rules, the vote was insufficient to resolve the matter, and it will be back on the Commission’s agenda at its next meeting in September.
