Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Danielle Sloane provided comments for an article discussing new regulations under the Stark Law that both promote access to care, ease technical compliance and clarifies certain ambiguities. According to Danielle, the final rule “is a welcomed move for the health-care provider and supplier community, adding some relief and reasonability to some of the most operationally difficult aspects of complying with the Stark law and clarifying several ambiguities.”
