In the article, Clark examined a complaint recently filed by Woodman’s Food Market against The Clorox Company claiming that Clorox is engaging in price discrimination under the Robinson-Patman Act by no longer offering to sell Woodman’s the large-quantity packages of consumer products offered to Woodman’s competitors.
