Bass, Berry & Sims litigation attorney Brian Irving was selected to participate in the Nashville Bar Foundation’s (NBF) 2020 Leadership Forum. This nine-month professional development program offers attorneys an innovative opportunity to learn, collaborate, network and serve the local community and the legal profession. The program provides each class with a unique setting to develop leadership skills through monthly workshops and activities focusing on local legal and community issues. Brian is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group counseling clients in civil litigation and government investigations, focusing on defending False Claims Act lawsuits and litigating business disputes.
