Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Brian Dobbs authored an article in the Tennessee Bar Journal outlining the various types of construction warranties in Tennessee and examining how courts can interpret warranties when challenged by either the builder or owner. In the article, Brian explains express warranties and implied warranties and reviews relevant cases testing these types of warranties.
